Adult Ministry

Faith‑forming community for every season of your walk with Christ.

Connect with our church family and deepen your faith by joining one of our adult Sunday School classes, Bible studies, or small groups. Staying rooted in community is essential throughout our walk with Christ, offering a place to grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, and support one another through every season of life.

Whether you’re looking to meet new people, explore Scripture more deeply, or strengthen your discipleship, our adult ministries provide opportunities to learn, share, and grow together as followers of Jesus.

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL

Sundays, 9:45-10:30 am

Life Applications
The Life Applications class is for people who want to become better disciples of Jesus by applying what is in the Bible. We are an active class supporting outreach ministries like Rice N Beans which provides food and clothing to the homeless, Sleep in Heavenly Peace which provides beds for children in need, and other miscellaneous outreach activities. We also enjoy getting together quarterly as a class on a Saturday evening for some great food and fellowship. Class is held in the Chapel.

Exploring the Word
Exploring the Word, formerly Feasting on the Word, is an adult Sunday School class with the same engaging, discussion-based format you know and love. Each year, we journey through a book of the Bible from beginning to end. This year, we are diving into the Acts of the Apostles, using commentaries from N. T. Wright and other respected scholars to guide our study. Together, we explore the biblical context and discern how God is calling us to live as followers of Christ in our community and the world today. Class is held in the Conference Room.

Faith & Life
Faith & Life is a Sunday School class for adults in their 20s and 30s, created to help participants explore practical ways to live out the Christian faith in everyday life. As followers of Christ, we are called not only to hear the Word but to let it shape our actions, relationships, and decisions. In the weeks ahead, we’ll look at how Scripture speaks into the real challenges and opportunities we encounter—from our workplaces to our homes, friendships, and beyond—so that our faith becomes a steady guide in every part of life. Class is held in the Fellowship Hall.

SMALL GROUPS - WOMEN

Women’s Bible Study
Come take a deep dive into the Bible through videos and lively discussions and gain new and sometimes surprising insights into the scriptures and what they mean for us today. We explore different studies throughout the year while enjoying fellowship with one another. Group meets Wednesdays at 9:30 am in Multipurpose Room E.

Women with Faith
Women with Faith is a twice‑monthly gathering for women of all ages and stages of life and faith. Each fall, the group begins a new study focused on a specific book of the Bible, exploring how God’s truth speaks into real seasons of joy, challenge, and growth. Join the group in discovering the faithfulness of the One who rescues, revives, and renews.
Group meets the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Chapel.

Grace Circle
The Grace Circle provides women a time of fellowship and service. Each meeting begins with a devotional followed by a special service project. The group also sends compassion cards and make pearl Chrismons as well as Memorial crosses in memory of church members who have passed away during the year. These Christian symbols are used on the Christmas tree at the front of the church during the Advent Season. Group meets the first Monday of each month at 10:00 am in the Library.

Joy Circle
The Joy Circle gathers for devotion, prayer, and a monthly card ministry focused on encouraging others. Several times a year, the group creates handmade cards and participates in additional outreach projects that extend care both within the congregation and into the community. It’s a welcoming space to share fellowship, friendship, and meaningful service together.
Group meets in the first Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am the Library.
