We invite you and your family to attend one of our special Christmas Eve worship services!
11:00 am - Family Service is a short, informal service of scripture, carols, communion and candle lighting. Children place small animals (provided) in the manger. There will be a short birthday party for Jesus after service with cupcakes. There is no nursery- we invite children of all ages to attend!
5:30 pm - Our Traditional Service includes scripture readings, special music by our choirs and a string quartet, communion, and candle lighting. This is a beautiful and a little more formal service than the one at 11:00. There will be a nursery.
The Joy Lunch is tomorrow!
Due to the inclement weather forecast, our worship service and all church activities are cancelled for tomorrow.
The Joy Luncheon will be held next Sunday, December 16, after worship.
Bethlehem Bound: our Children's Christmas Program will be held on Wednesday, December 12 in the sanctuary at 5:30 pm. At 6:00 we will have a pizza party in the Fellowship Hall. After dinner, we will hear the Nativity story through drumming and say goodbye to Mary and Joseph as they leave for Bethlehem. There is no cost for supper and everyone is invited but please click below to RSVP so there is enough pizza for everybody.

Join us on November 25 at 5:00 pm for a quiet, contemplative service of scripture, prayer, harp music and candle lighting for those who are hurting this Christmas. Whether you are grieving, or hurting from job loss, illness, family estrangement or other struggles, this service reminds us of Christ’s presence especially when we may not feel like rejoicing. It is a healing way to honor those we’ve lost or other struggles we’ve had this year. While this service is oriented for those who are hurting, anyone who wants to begin Advent with a quiet reflective service is welcome.
Our organist, Dongho Lee will accompany the Providence United Methodist Chancel Choir in concert on Nov. 2 at 7:30. Please come here this gorgeous music!
