6th and 7th Grade
The Bible Journey Class for our 6th and 7th grade students is a Bible survey class that alternates annually between study of the Old and New Testaments. Our primary objective is to provide each student with a solid Biblical foundation as preparation for the 8th Grade Confirmation class. In addition to examining the stories of the Bible, we seek to make our students aware of Scripture’s relevance to their lives as middle school youth. The class meets each Sunday in room EB-106.
Confirmation (8th Grade)
Confirmation Classes are held for 8th grade students during the Sunday School hour every Sunday of the academic year in room EB-102. This year the Confirmation Class will follow the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) curriculum Professing Our Faith. Each student is assigned an adult mentor who will walk with them through their confirmation year, developing a relationship as they meet together monthly to discuss matters of faith. Confirmation Sunday is June 1, 2008.
Senior High (9th - 12th Grade)
For the 2007 - 2008 school year, Senior High students will be using the LinC curriculum. LinC challenges youth to think about their faith and beliefs. This class uses current events to help students apply faith to daily experiences. The class meets each Sunday in room EB-101.
