Tiger Cub Scouting is a fun program that introduces 1st grade boys and their adult partners to Cub Scouting. Every other week, the Tigers and their adult partners meet for an activity built around a theme. Leadership of these meetings is shared among the adult partners with guidance from the Tiger Den Leader. There are leadership guides to help adults with planning these activities.

There are five Tiger Cub achievements areas (family, my community, health/safety, communication, and the outdoors). There are 3 requirements within each area to be completed (15 requirements in all) to earn the Tiger Cub Badge. These activities include family activities, den meeting activities, and field trips just right for a boy in the 1st grade.
