Our church currently supports two missionaries, Barbara Nagy and Ellen Dozier.
Ellen Dozier
Ellen has served in Guatemala since 2000, where she assists the directors of the local presbyteries and women’s groups as they plan activities and find ways for women to be involved in the life of the church. Ellen also works with a theological education project for women, helping to plan workshops and gatherings in conjunction with the Sinodica (women’s organization of the National Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Guatemala).
Barbara Nagy
Barbara has served in Malawi, Africa since 2003. She is a physician and works at the Nkhoma Hospital, whose mission is to provide Christ-centered preventative and curative healthcare. Barbara is trained in internal medicine and pediatrics, as well as holding special certification in tropical medicine. In addition to her clinical duties, she currently oversees several projects, including establishing pediatric HIV treatment and expansion of area prenatal care.
