Cindy Hammer was born in Charlotte, NC and grew up in a family of five girls.  Growing up in a large family helped establish her love for children.  She graduated from Montreat-Anderson College and later went into the Early Childhood field, graduating from UNC-Charlotte with a BA as a specialist in Child and Family Development.  Cindy has worked with children since 1979 and enjoys working with children and their families.  Her philosophy is to create positive memories for others that will last a lifetime.
