Adult Summer Sunday School Brochure

Each summer, our Adult Sunday School classes come together for a special curriculum taught by our pastors. This year our summer study will focus on the times of Jesus Christ, his life, death, resurrection and triumph . . .  in past times, in end times, and indeed in our own time.

Adam Hamilton's 24 Hours That Changed The World

June 13 - July 25

The first part of the summer will be the video and discussion based study, 24 Hours That Changed the World by Adam Hamilton. The aim of this study is to help us better understand the events that occurred during the last 24 hours of Jesus’ life, see more clearly the theological significance of Christ’s suffering and death, and reflect upon its meaning for our own lives. Filmed in the Holy Land, the study takes us to the locations of the events on that fateful day.

 The Book of Revelation

August 1 - September 5

With its visions and symbolic language, the last book of the New Testament, the Book of Revelation, has been a

source of mystery to many Christians throughout time. Is Revelation just a vision of the end of time, or is there

an important message for our own time as well? In the second half of our Adult Sunday School summer series,

we will be discovering the message of Revelation as we explore the significance of Revelation both for the first century Church for whom it was written and for us as followers of Jesus Christ, His Church, today.
